High Protein Cottage Cheese Bagel Bites
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 cups blanched super fine almond flour
- 3 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add cottage cheese to a blender or processor and blend until smooth.
- Add blended cottage cheese to a bowl with almond flour. Mix until doughy and combined. Roll into 14 evenly sized balls.
- Coat each ball in everything bagel seasoning. Add to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or silicone. Bake for 18-22 minutes.
- Let bites cool for 10-15 minutes, otherwise they will be crumbly. Serve with cream cheese or more blended cottage cheese.
