High Protein Cottage Cheese Bagel Bites

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cups blanched super fine almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add cottage cheese to a blender or processor and blend until smooth.
  • Add blended cottage cheese to a bowl with almond flour. Mix until doughy and combined. Roll into 14 evenly sized balls.
  • Coat each ball in everything bagel seasoning. Add to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or silicone. Bake for 18-22 minutes.
  • Let bites cool for 10-15 minutes, otherwise they will be crumbly. Serve with cream cheese or more blended cottage cheese.

Notes

This makes 14 bagel bites, serving size is for 1 bite.
