Air Fryer Cottage Cheese Caprese toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices tomato
- ½-1 tablespoon chopped basil
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic
- pinch flakysalt
- pinch black pepper
- ~2-3 tablespoons cottage cheese
- 1 slice sourdough or thick hearty bread of choice
Instructions
- Spread cottage cheese on bread. Top with tomato, balsamic, olive oil, salt, pepper and basil. Air fry for 6-7 minutes until toast is crisp.
- If you don't have an air fryer you can make this in the oven by baking at 425 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
