I always get asked about my kitchen favorites so I gathered them in a central spot for you all. You will find my favorite appliances, pots and pans and other essentials in this page.
Favorite Appliances

- Dream cooker (pressure cooker): My dream cooker is my most used kitchen appliance. It makes cooking dinner a breeze as I can cook rice as I prep the rest of my dinner. It is also great for making soups or chilis quickly. This pressure cooker actually looks good sitting out on your counter and is nontoxic.
- Electric tea kettle: I use this kettle multiple times a day for matcha and tea. It is so cute and heats up fast.
- Milk frother: Frothers are a must for barista quality lattes at home. I have use this one multiple times a day for years and it is still going strong.
- Food processor: Another top used kitchen appliance of mine. A food processor is a must for making creamy sauces or nut butters. Cuisinart makes the best food processors, I've had mine for 4+ years and use it weekly.
- Blender: Vitamix makes the best blenders for smoothies and creamy soups. This is definitely an investment kitchen appliance but I love mine.
- Air fryer: Air fryers are great for quickly cooking fries or meats. I like this one as it is big enough to fit a lot.
Must Have Pots and Pans

- Soup pot: This soup pot is so pretty and nontoxic. I use it multiple times in the winter for soups, chilis and stews.

The Best Cooking oils
- Olive oil: I pretty much solely cook with olive oil - it is a myth that you can't cook with it at high heat. I love this Kosterina set because it contains one oil that is better for cooking and one that is better for sauces. You can use code avocadoskillet for 20% off as well.
