Ingredients
- chocolate - I like to use dark chocolate but technically any chocolate works.
- coconut oil - This helps the chocolate to melt more smoothly.
- granola - Any granola that you like works here. Use a nut free granola if needed.
- sea salt - This is optional but I love the salty sweet flavor combination.
Substitutions for no bake oatmeal bars
- Nut butter - you can use any nut or seed butter here that fits your taste preference and dietary needs.
- Coconut oil - this helps the chocolate to melt smoother but if you are allergic you can omit it.
Instructions
Mix together granola and melted chocolate.
Freeze until set and then drizzle with nut butter.
Refrigerate until set and dig in.
Storage instructions
These can be stored in a sealed container or bag in your freezer for months, or your refrigerator for about a week.

Granola bark
Ingredients
- 2 cups chocolate chips or chopped chocolate I like dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil This helps the chocolate melt more smoothly
- 3 cups granola
- 1-3 tablespoons nut or seed butter of choice
- flaky sea salt to taste optional
Instructions
- Melt together chocolate and coconut oil. I melted mine in 3 30 second intervals in the microwave.
- Mix together chocolate and granola. Spread out on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Freeze for about 10 minutes or refrigerate for about 20. You want the chocolate to be hard.
- Drizzle nut butter over granola bark. Add desired about of flaky sea salt. Refrigerate for another 5 minutes.
- Cut or break apart granola bark. Enjoy.
