This Air Fryer Blueberry Cottage Cheese Toast is the toast recipe of your dreams. It is high in protein and is ready in 10 minutes or less. You can make this toast in your air fryer or oven. The blueberries get gooey and sweet and taste so good with the honey and cottage cheese.

Substitutions
- cottage cheese - you can sub this with goat cheese or another soft spreadable cheese. To make this recipe vegan use nut butter.
- honey - can be subbed with maple syrup

Add toppings to toast.

Air fry toast for 6-7 minutes.

Add additional toppings and enjoy.
Equipment
I used my Ninja XL air fryer for this recipe. If you don't have an air fryer you can also use an oven, I included instructions for both.

Air Fryer Blueberry Cottage Cheese Toast
Ingredients
- 1 piece sourdough or bread of choice
- 2-4 tablespoons cottage cheese
- 2-4 tablespoons blueberries
- 1-2 teaspoons honey
- +optional toppings of bee pollen and fresh chopped mint
Instructions
- Spread cottage cheese on toast, top with blueberries and honey.
- Air fry toast for 6-7 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Oven instructions: Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
- Top toast with bee pollen and mint if using and dig in.

Just tried this and so simple and tasty! The flavor was great. I didn’t use bee pollen or mint, but I’m wondering if adding additional berries, some sea salt or other spice, and maybe a flavored honey would make it even better. I’ll definitely be making this again!
