Cottage Cheese Brownie Batter (high protein)
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz container cottage cheese
- ⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon maple syrup adjust to your sweetness preference
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup oat flour
- ½ cup cacao
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add cottage cheese mixture to a bowl and mix with oat flour and cacao. If the mixture is too thin add more flour and if it is too thick add more maple syrup or a splash of water.
- Serve dip with your favorite cookies or fruit.
