Substitutions
- tahini - any nut butter works here.
- hemp/chia/flax - you can omit any of these seeds or use more of one or another.

- 1 banana
- 1 juicy date
- ~ 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- seeds ½ tablespoon of each - hemp chia and flax (optional but adds extra nutrients)
- 1 heaping cup frozen cauliflower florets fresh is ok too
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch black pepper to activate the turmeric
- 1 tablespoon cacao
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- ¼ avocado
- 1 serving vanilla protein
- 1 cup water
Optional toppings
- cacao nibs
- granola
