This smoothie is just sweet enough with warming spices. Turmeric and ginger add anti-inflammatory properties. This smoothie also has cauliflower for veggies and avocado for healthy fats.

What ingredients do I need to make an anti-inflammatory turmeric smoothie?
- banana
- date
- ginger
- hemp seeds
- chia seeds
- flax seeds
- cauliflower
- turmeric
- cinnamon
- cacao
- tahini
- avocado
- vanilla protein
- water

1.)Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

This vegan golden milk protein smoothie - anti inflammatory is a delicious vegan breakfast option.

Ingredients
This makes 1 serving of smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 juicy date
- ~ 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- seeds ½ tbsp of each - hemp, chia and flax (optional but adds extra nutrients)
- 1 heaping cup frozen cauliflower florets (fresh is ok too)
- 1 tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- pinch black pepper (to activate the turmeric)
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1 tbsp tahini
- ¼ avocado
- 1 serving vanilla protein
- 1 cup water
Optional toppings
- cacao nibs
- granola

- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
