Iced Salted Honey Vanilla Matcha Latte
Ingredients
- 1-2 teaspoons Matcha Use code avocadoskillet for 20% off my favorite matcha
- ¼ cup warm water
- ½-1 tablespoon manuka honey Any
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste Can sub vanilla extract
- pinch mineral salt Or sub regular salt
- ¾ cup milk of choice I used Califia coconut milk but any works
Optional toppings
Instructions
- Sift matcha over water over a matcha bowl or another small bowl. Using a bamboo whisk or hand frother whisk the matcha with the water using a zig zag motion until it is combined with the water.
- Blend or froth together the milk, salt, honey and vanilla. You can use a blender or a hand frother.
- Add ice to a glass. Pour in matcha and then pour over the milk mixture. Top with bee pollen if using. Stir to mix together and enjoy.
