This smoothie is easy to make. It makes 2 servings so it is the perfect make ahead breakfast. I love that it makes 2 servings because then I have an extra left over for the next day. This smoothie is packed with healthy fats and plant protein so it will keep you full all day.

Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 large handful about 1 cup frozen or fresh spinach
- ~1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
- ¼ cup pistachios
- 1 ½ - 2 cups water adjust to your thickness preference
- ¼ avocado
