    Every single morning I have a smoothie and it never gets old. My morning smoothie gives me energy and is the perfect way to fuel after my morning workout. This Blackberry Avocado Banana Smoothie with Cauliflower (vegan) is one of my favorite smoothie recipes.

    If you are worried about this smoothie not filling you up - don't be. This smoothie is packed with healthy fats, fiber and protein to keep you satiated. It also goes amazing with my homemade granola.

    What ingredients do I need to make a blackberry avocado banana smoothie?

    • blackberries
    • banana
    • cauliflower
    • vanilla protein
    • cacao
    • chia seeds
    • almond butter
    • avocado
    • water

    What blender do I use?

    I have a vitamix 7500 series. This blender is an investment that will last you for 10+ years. I absolutely love mine.

    HOW DO I STORE THE LEFTOVERS?

    The leftover smoothie can be stored in a sealed jar in your fridge overnight.

    WHAT PROTEIN POWDER DO I USE?

    I have tried at least 10 different protein powders and my favorite is Sprout Living. I get the vanilla lucuma but all of the flavors are good!     Ingredients

    This makes 2 servings of smoothie

    • 2 cups frozen or fresh blackberries
    • 1 ripe spotty frozen or fresh banana
    • 2 heaping cups frozen cauliflower florets or rich
    • 2 servings vanilla protein powder
    • 1 heaping tablespoon cacao
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1 tbsp almond butter
    • ½ avocado
    • 1 ½-2 cups water (adjust to the consistency you like)

    Instructions

    1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Store the leftovers in a sealed jar in the fridge overnight.
