  • 1 banana
  • 1 juicy date
  • ~ 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • seeds ½ tablespoon of each - hemp chia and flax (optional but adds extra nutrients)
  • 1 heaping cup frozen cauliflower florets fresh is ok too
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch black pepper to activate the turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon cacao
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 serving vanilla protein
  • 1 cup water

Optional toppings

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
