I did not sweeten this as I found it plenty sweet from the cherries. If you want it sweeter add some honey or maple syrup.

Healthy Cherry Limeade Gatorade
Equipment
- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 3 cups cherries
- 1 cup coconut water
- ½ tablespoon mineral salt
- juice from 3 limes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- If you want to get rid of any texture, strain the gatorade. I did not do this as I found it already had a nice juice-like texture. Add gatorade to a glass with ice. Drink and enjoy.
