Fall squash is some of my favorite produce. Acorn squash has such a unique flavor that I love. This Simple Roasted Acorn Squash with Tahini Sauce is one of my favorite ways to enjoy squash. This squash is tossed in simple spices and then roasted. Then it is covered with a delicious tahini sauce.
