You can sub out regular sweet potatoes in this recipe, however I encourage you to try japanese sweet potatoes if you have access to them. I also included instructions for baking these fries in case you don't have an air fryer.

- garlic powder
- za'atar
- paprika
- salt
- black pepper
- oil
- lemon
- yogurt
- olive oil

Instructions to make air fried sweet potato fries with yogurt sauce
- Toss together fries with spices, oil and lemon.
- Add fries to your air fryer in an even layer. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking once halfway through. If you don't have an air fryer your can bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Mix together your yogurt sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Serve fries with yogurt sauce and enjoy.

- ¼ cup fresh chopped dill
