Chocolate tahini granola (vegan)
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup cacao
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Add granola to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until cooked through.
- Let granola cool and set for at least 30 minutes. Store extra granola in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
