- Coat the japanese sweet potato fries in oil and spices. Bake for 30 minutes until crisp.

Ingredients
Fries
- 1 japanese sweet potato - sliced into fries
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1-2 tablespoon oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp italian or all purpose seasoning (optional)
Sauce
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 tsp miso (or sub soy sauce)
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup water
+ ½ cup finely chopped parsley and optional ¼ cup hemp seeds for extra protein
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Toss fries in oil and spices. Add fries to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.Roast for 30-40 minutes, until crisp.
- Make your tahini sauce by mixing together all sauce ingredients in a bowl, adding in the water last.
- Drizzle sauce on fries and top with parsley and hemp seeds.
