    I can not believe the holidays are already here. When I think of holiday recipes, I think of delicious dip recipes. So often holiday dips are stuffed with dairy which can really weigh you down. Also, often times vegan dips are nut based which I know not everyone can tolerate. So, I wanted to create a vegan dip recipe without any nuts. This healthy vegan roasted red pepper dip without nuts is a perfect holiday dip recipe.

    Ingredients

    • 1 16 ounce jar roasted red peppers
    • ¼ cup + 2 tbsp tahini
    • 1 tsp cumin
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 garlic clove
    • 1 tsp maple syrup
    • juice from ½ lemon
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • ½ cup basil

    Instructions

    1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
    2. Serve with your favorite chips!
