Storage instructions
You can store the extra tacos in a sealed container in your fridge for up to 24 hours. I do not suggest storing them longer as the shrimp will become fishy.

Hot Honey Shrimp Tacos with Cilantro Yogurt sauce
Ingredients
slaw
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 tablespoons greek yogurt or mayo
- pinch salt adjust to your saltiness preference
- pinch black pepper
- juice from 1 lime
sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ cup cilantro
- juice from ½ lime
- pinch salt
- pinch black pepper
- ⅓ cup greek yogurt
shrimp
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- juice from ½ lime
- ½ tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1 pound shrimp about 18 small shrimp or 9 large shrimp
- 1 tablespoon oil or butter
other ingredients
- 6 taco shells
Instructions
- Add all slaw ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.
- Add all sauce ingredients to a blender or processor and blend until smooth.
- Add honey, soy sauce, lime and spices to a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Heat butter or oil over medium heat. Add shrimp to the pan. Cook for 90 seconds each side. Then add honey mixture and cook for 1-2 more minutes, until cooked through.
- Warm taco shells in microwave or on the stove.
- Assemble tacos with slaw, shrimp and sauce.
