High Protein Overnight Oats Without Protein Powder (vegan)

These high protein overnight oats without protein powder are a delicious vegan breakfast recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 cup milk of choice (I like Three Trees almond)
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1-2 tsp sweetener of choice (optional, I did not sweeten mine, the blueberries make it plenty sweet)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar or container. Stir until fully combined. Seal jar or container and refrigerate for 1-24 hours.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
