    Pancakes hold a special place in my heart. I have fond childhood memories of making pancakes on a sunday with my dad. Somehow, it took me years of having a vegan food blog to make vegan pancakes. This 3 Ingredient Banana Oat Pancakes (Vegan) recipe is the perfect easy and delicious pancake recipe.

    How to make 3 ingredient banana pancakes

    1. Blend your pancake ingredients in a blender until smooth.
    2. Pour batter into a skillet over medium low heat and cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes each side.
    3. That's it!

    Ingredients

    Scale
    • 1 banana
    • 1 ⅓ cup rolled oats
    • 1 cup almond milk

    Other optional ingredients

    • 1 tsp baking powder (for fluffiness)
    • 1 tbsp maple syrup (for extra sweetness)
    • 2 tsp cinnamon

    Instructions

    1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Grease a skillet or griddle and bring to medium low heat.
    3. Pour about ¼ of batter per pancake into the griddle. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
    4. Serve pancakes with your favorite toppings. I went with maple syrup, bananas, almond butter and chia seeds.

      So easy to make and really delicious! I add frozen blueberries and cinnamon to my mix. Top with maple syrup, cashew butter, and more fruit.

      Love how easy this recipe was! Simple and just delicious. I did substitute the oats for oat flour so I wouldn’t have to take my blender out ? and I mashed the banana!! Saves time, yet works perfectly. Worth give a try for sure ?

      The perfect pancakes my goodness! They turned out much better than any of my pancakes I’ve done with oat flour in the past!! Filling, delicious, and a perfect start to the morning !! Worth a try! (I’ve also left another one explaining how I tried this recipe but saving a bit of time!!)
