High Protein Mint Chocolate Chip Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup plant milk
- 2-4 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder chocolate works too but will alter the color
- ⅛ teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 teaspoon matcha optional for color
