Dark Chocolate Berry Clusters
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil can sub avocado or olive oil
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- pinch flaky salt
Instructions
- Add all berries to a bowl. Make sure they are very dry and fresh. Pat them dry with a paper towel if needed.
- Melt together chocolate and oil. I melted mine for 3 30 second intervals in the microwave. Make sure to include the oil as this prevents the chocolate from seizing once touching the berries.
- Pour chocolate over berries. Mix together until all the berries are coated.
- Spoon out berry clusters onto a sheet pan or plate lined with parchment paper or silicone. I used an ice cream scooper to spoon mine out, a ¼ measuring cup would also work.
- Sprinkle salt over each cluster if using.
- Freeze berry clusters for 15 minutes or refrigerate for 30, until set. Serve and enjoy.
