Add all berries to a bowl. Make sure they are very dry and fresh. Pat them dry with a paper towel if needed.
Melt together chocolate and oil. I melted mine for 3 30 second intervals in the microwave. Make sure to include the oil as this prevents the chocolate from seizing once touching the berries.
Pour chocolate over berries. Mix together until all the berries are coated.
Spoon out berry clusters onto a sheet pan or plate lined with parchment paper or silicone. I used an ice cream scooper to spoon mine out, a ¼ measuring cup would also work.
Sprinkle salt over each cluster if using.
Freeze berry clusters for 15 minutes or refrigerate for 30, until set. Serve and enjoy.
