Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil can sub avocado or olive oil
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • pinch flaky salt

Instructions

  • Add all berries to a bowl. Make sure they are very dry and fresh. Pat them dry with a paper towel if needed.
  • Melt together chocolate and oil. I melted mine for 3 30 second intervals in the microwave. Make sure to include the oil as this prevents the chocolate from seizing once touching the berries.
  • Pour chocolate over berries. Mix together until all the berries are coated.
  • Spoon out berry clusters onto a sheet pan or plate lined with parchment paper or silicone. I used an ice cream scooper to spoon mine out, a ¼ measuring cup would also work.
  • Sprinkle salt over each cluster if using.
  • Freeze berry clusters for 15 minutes or refrigerate for 30, until set. Serve and enjoy.
