Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas - drained and patted dry
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or sub another culinary grade vinegar)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Toss chickpeas in oil, vinegar and spices. Add chickpeas to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes or until crispy.
- Let cool and eat!
