    I used to love salt and vinegar chips in college and would get them as a pregame snack. Now I rarely eat chips, but I do still love salt and vinegar. These Crispy Roasted Salt and Vinegar Chickpeas are a healthy way to satisfy that chip craving.

    Crispy Roasted Salt and Vinegar Chickpeas

    These chickpeas are

    • easy to make
    • a high protein vegan snack

    What do I need to make salt and vinegar chickpeas?

    • chickpeas
    • salt
    • vinegar
    • black pepper
    • garlic powder
    • oil

    How do I make this recipe?

    1. Drain chickpeas and pat them dry.
    2. Mix chickpeas with oil, vinegar and spices.
    3. Add chickpeas to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and roast.

    Crispy Roasted Salt and Vinegar Chickpeas

    These crispy roasted salt and vinegar chickpeas are a delicious and healthy snack option.

    Ingredients

    • 1 can chickpeas - drained and patted dry
    • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or sub another culinary grade vinegar)
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • 1 tsp garlic powder

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    2. Toss chickpeas in oil, vinegar and spices. Add chickpeas to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
    3. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until crispy.
    4. Let cool and eat!
