Toss together fries with oil and spices.
Add to sheet pan and bake.

Storage instructions
You can store the extra squash in a sealed container for up to 3 days but please note the fries will lose their crisp as time goes on..
Recipe Pro-Tips
These fries will not get as crispy as potato fries because they are not as starchy.
Do not leave out the starch as this helps with the crispiness of the fries.

Yes, in fact I do not recommend removing it. It is very difficult to remove.

Crispy Baked Delicata Squash Fries (air fryer option)
Ingredients
- 1 delicata squash - seeded and cut into fries*
- 1 tablespoon oil
- pinch salt
- pinch black pepper
- ½ tablespoon corn starch or arrowroot starch
- ½ tablespoon nutritional yeast you can sub parmesan
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Add delicata squash to a nonstick sheet pan or one lined with parchment paper. Toss with oil and all other ingredients.
- Bake fries for 25-40 minutes, flipping once halfway through. They will be browned and slightly crisp when done and will crisp more as they sit.
- Air fryer instructions: Air fry fries at 400 degrees for 10-14 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
- Serve fries with your favor sides, dip or protein.
