Brussels sprouts are one of my favorite vegetables. Right now they are in season, so they taste even better than usual. These Crispy Air Fried Balsamic Soy Brussels Sprouts are my favorite way to enjoy brussels sprouts.
The soy and balsamic combo on these is so good. It creates a sweet and salty umami combo that is to die for. Yum. I like to add in some red pepper flakes for some added spice as well. These brussels sprouts are salty, sweet and spicy. So good.
