Brussels sprouts are one of my favorite vegetables. Right now they are in season, so they taste even better than usual. These Crispy Air Fried Balsamic Soy Brussels Sprouts are my favorite way to enjoy brussels sprouts.

The soy and balsamic combo on these is so good. It creates a sweet and salty umami combo that is to die for. Yum. I like to add in some red pepper flakes for some added spice as well. These brussels sprouts are salty, sweet and spicy. So good.

Instructions to make spicy and sweet air fried brussels

- Thinly slice brussels vertically from root to top. I cut about 4 slices per sprout.
- Add sliced brussels to a bowl. Toss with remaining ingredients.
- Add brussels to an air fryer in an even layer, avoiding crowding the brussels. It took me two batches to air fry mine.
- Air fry brussels at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes, until desired level of crispness has been reached. Repeat for every batch you are making.
EQUIPMENT
I used my Ninja XL air fryer, I absolutely love it.
