    Crispy Baked Bok Choy Chips (air fryer option)

    Move over kale chips, bok choy chips are in town. Bok choy gets so crispy in the oven and I actually prefer it to kale. These Crispy Baked Bok Choy Chips (air fryer option) are an addicting snack.

    I love the rich flavor bok choy imparts to these chips. Plus, they are packed with antioxidants and vitamins. Seriously so good. Even if you don't normally like bok choy these chips will change your mind.

    Let's get into the recipe.

    These crispy oven roasted bok choy chips are

    Ingredients for air fryer bok choy chips

    • bok choy
    • garlic
    • olive oil
    • salt
    • pepper

    Instructions to make crispy roasted garlic bok choy chips

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    2. Add bok choy to a large bowl and toss with oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    3. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Evenly distribute bok choy leaves, laying them flat. Try not to have any of the leaves touching each other.
    4. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until desired level of crispness is achieved. I baked mine for 8 minutes because I like mine on the browned side.
    5. If using an air fryer, add bok choy leaves to an air fryer lined with parchment paper in an even layer (don't crowd the leaves). Air fry for 4-6 minutes or until crisp. This will likely take you several batches.
    6. Enjoy chips as a side or snack.
