Chipotle Maple Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ½ teaspoon chipotle powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt adjust to your salt level preference
- black pepper to taste
- 3 large carrots - roughly chopped
- ½ tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Toss carrots with all ingredients. Add to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Serve with your favorite protein.
