Carrot Edamame Salad with Creamy Sesame Dressing
Ingredients
salad
- 4 medium carrots - juliened or shredded
- ¾ cup cashews - roughly chopped
- 1 cup cooked and shelled edamame
- ½ cup cilantro - finely chopped
Instructions
- Add all salad ingredients to a bowl.
- Mix together dressing until smooth.
