Carrot Banana Avocado Smoothie (vegan + high protein)
Ingredients
- This makes 1 serving of smoothie
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 sliver ginger about ¼ inch thick
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom optional
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ¼ avocado

- 1- 1 ½ cups water adjust to your thickness preference
