Acai Chia Pudding with Greek Yogurt
Ingredients
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons thick yogurt of choice
- 1 3-4 oz pack frozen acai I like the sambazon brand
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 3 ½ tablespoons chia seeds
optional toppings
- cacao nibs
- bee pollen
- fresh fruit of choice I used kiwi and raspberries
Instructions
- Add the first 4 ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the açaí mixture to a jar or bowl along with the chia seeds. Mix together until combined.
- Refrigerate chia pudding for at least 1 hour or overnight. For best results stir again after 5 minutes to prevent clumps.
