This chia pudding takes 5 minutes to assemble and 1 hour to set. I added protein powder for an extra protein boost. It is perfect for breakfast or as a high protein snack.

WHAT TYPE OF MATCHA DO I USE?
The KEY to a good matcha latte is using a high quality ceremonial grade matcha. Ceremonial grade matcha is not bitter or fishy like some of the cheaper brands. It has a rich smooth taste. My favorite is Matcha Kari morning ritual matcha which you can use code avocadoskillet off of. I like this matcha because it is organic and has a good taste.
IS MATCHA HEALTHY FOR YOU?
Yes! Matcha is packed with antioxidants. It is also high in EGCG which has been linked to cancer fighting properties. It also has the amino acid l-theanine which helps mitigate any of the jitters from the caffeine.

Ingredients
- 1 cup plant milk
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ scoop vegan protein
- 1-2 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 tsp matcha
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients in a jar or bowl. Add to the refrigerator, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Stir chia pudding after 5 minutes.
- Top chia pudding with desired toppings and enjoy.
