Instructions to make simple vegan chia seed pudding
- Add all ingredients to a cup and mix until smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. I recommend refrigerating overnight if you want to eat it for breakfast. Suggested toppings are cacao nibs, vegan yogurt and fruit.

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 cup plant milk
