Chia seed pudding is underrated. It is one of my favorite healthy sweet snack recipes. It also makes an amazing breakfast. This cinnamon chia seed pudding is one of my new favorite chia seed pudding recipes.

- chia seeds
- cinnamon
- plant milk
- vanilla extract
- maple syrup
Instructions to make simple vegan chia seed pudding

- Add all ingredients to a cup and mix until smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. I recommend refrigerating overnight if you want to eat it for breakfast. Suggested toppings are cacao nibs, vegan yogurt and fruit.
