Acai Chia Pudding with Greek Yogurt

- ½ cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons thick yogurt of choice
- 1 3-4 oz pack frozen acai I like the sambazon brand
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 3 ½ tablespoons chia seeds
Add the first 4 ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the açaí mixture to a jar or bowl along with the chia seeds. Mix together until combined.
Refrigerate chia pudding for at least 1 hour or overnight. For best results stir again after 5 minutes to prevent clumps.
This makes 1 serving of chia pudding, feel free to double for your needs.
If you want to meal prep this recipe you can mix everything together the night before and eat it the next day.
