- chia seeds
- maple syrup
- lemon juice

- oats
- baking powder
- baking soda
- coconut sugar
- maple syrup
- almond butter
- vegan or regular milk

- milk - feel free to use cows milk or any milk that you like.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add peaches to a saucepan over medium-low heat and partially mash using a potato masher or fork. Add all remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Cook for about 10 minutes until peaches have started to break down. Remove from heat and let cool and thicken for 5 minutes.
- Add all crust ingredients to a bowl and mix until fully combined. You may need to use your hands to get it really combined.
- Press about ½ of the crust into a lined 8x8 baking dish. Pour jam on top. Crumble the remaining crust on top of the jam.
- Bake crumble for 25-30 minutes. Let cool for a full hour in the refrigerator before serving, this lets the jam fully set.
Storage instructions
You can store the bars in a sealed container in your fridge for up to 5 days or in your freezer for months.
