1 ¼cupdiced strawberries from about 12 strawberries
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients except for strawberries until combined. Then fold in the strawberries. Add to the refrigerator, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. It is recommended to stir the chia pudding again to prevent clumps.
Top chia pudding with desired toppings and enjoy. I like to top mine with additional fruit or bee pollen.
Notes
This makes 1 serving of chia pudding. If you want to each this for breakfast I recommend prepping it the night before.*2 teaspoons will yield a more vibrant colored chia pudding with more caffeine. Adjust to your preference. I personally like this recipe with 2 teaspoons matcha.
