Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 1-3 teaspoon maple syrup Adjust to your sweetness preference, I used 1 teaspoon.
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder.
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate mousse for 15-30 minutes until it sets. Add your favorite toppings and dig in.
