High Protein Cottage Cheese Pumpkin Pie Milkshake
Ingredients
- ¾ cup cottage cheese frozen for at least 4 hours or overnight in an ice cube try
- 1 cup milk of choice I used almond
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1-3 teaspoons honey
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
