Ingredients
Carrots
- 5 medium carrots - sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- ½ tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ tablespoon maple syrup
- 3 cloves garlic - minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger - grated
- pinch black pepper
Toppings
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped scallions
- pinch red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup chopped almonds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Add carrots along with the carrot ingredients. Toss together until the carrots are fully coated.
- Add carrots to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and silicone. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until cooked through.
- Top carrots with almonds, red pepper flakes and scallions. Serve and enjoy.
