Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Add carrots along with the carrot ingredients. Toss together until the carrots are fully coated.
Add carrots to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and silicone. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until cooked through.
Top carrots with almonds, red pepper flakes and scallions. Serve and enjoy.
