Ingredients
  

Carrots

  • 5 medium carrots - sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ½ tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup
  • 3 cloves garlic - minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger - grated
  • pinch black pepper

Toppings

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Add carrots along with the carrot ingredients. Toss together until the carrots are fully coated.
  • Add carrots to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and silicone. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until cooked through.
  • Top carrots with almonds, red pepper flakes and scallions. Serve and enjoy.
