Crispy Garlic Parmesan White Beans
Ingredients
- 1 can cannellini beans - drained and patted dry
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ⅓ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoon fresh grated parmesan use vegetarian parmesan if needed
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Add white beans to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Toss together until the beans are fully coated in seasonings and parmesan.
- Add beans to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or silicone. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until crisp.
- Serve and enjoy.
