Ingredients
  

  • 1 can cannellini beans - drained and patted dry
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon fresh grated parmesan use vegetarian parmesan if needed
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Add white beans to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Toss together until the beans are fully coated in seasonings and parmesan.
  • Add beans to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or silicone. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until crisp.
  • Serve and enjoy.
