Ingredients for smashed cauliflower
- cauliflower
- oil
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder

Instructions to make crispy baked and smashed cauliflower

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Add cauliflower florets to boiled and salted water. Cook for 4 minutes.
- Add florets to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Smash each floret with the bottom of a glass or jar. Coat with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Bake cauliflower for 25-35 minutes until crisp. Smaller pieces may cook faster than larger pieces so remove them as they are cooked.
- Serve and enjoy!

- Garlic powder - can be subbed with your favorite spice
