Chocolate Chia Pudding (High Protein)
Ingredients
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¾ cup milk I used whole milk for extra protein but any milk works
- ½ tablespoon cacao powder cocoa powder also works
- 1 serving chocolate protein powder* I like whey protein
- tiny pinch salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup skyr or greek yogurt I used plain but vanilla would also be yummy
Optional toppings
- cacao nibs
- raspberries
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together until smooth.
- Let chia pudding sit for 1 hour or up to 3 days. It is recommended to stir again after 5 minutes if possible to avoid clumps. Add your favorite toppings.
