  • Let chia pudding sit for 1 hour or up to 3 days. It is recommended to stir again after 5 minutes if possible to avoid clumps. Add your favorite toppings.

If you want to meal prep this recipe make it the night before. You can also double/triple/quadruple this recipe.
 
*If you use pea protein you may need up to 2 tablespoons more liquid. You can test the thickness once the pudding has set and add more liquid if needed.
