Blended Chocolate Chia Protein Mousse Pudding
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon cacao
- 1 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup milk of choice I used whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup* Optional, I did not sweeten mine
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add mousse to a jar or bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
- Serve with your favorite toppings and dig in.
