    I love smoothies. I have one for breakfast every morning. Smoothies are an amazing way to sneak in veggies, protein and fiber in your breakfast. This Chocolate Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Cauliflower and Avocado is my latest smoothie recipe.

    This smoothie tastes like a chocolate covered strawberry. It is so good and satisfying. This smoothie also goes great with my granola recipe.

    • cacao
    • protein powder
    • almond butter
    • water

    How do I store the leftovers?

    The leftover smoothie can be stored in a sealed jar in your fridge overnight.

    Ingredients

    This makes 2 servings of smoothie

    • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
    • 1 banana
    • ½ avocado
    • ~2 cups frozen cauliflower florets
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • 2 tbsp cacao
    • 2 servings vanilla protein powder
    • 1 tbsp almond butter
    • 1 - 1 ½ cups water

    Instructions

    1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
