Banana Cream Pie Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup nut butter of choice
- 16 oz cottage cheese i like to use full fat but lower fat could also work
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup graham crackers
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, honey, vanilla and banana to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Add graham crackers. You want the graham crackers to be broken up but not fully blended.
- Add ice cream to a bowl or loaf pan and freeze for 3-3.5 hours until ice cream is set.**
- Serve and enjoy.
